Jeff Abramson

Jeff Abramson, an arms trade expert, joined the Monitor staff as Program Manager in 2013. Immediately prior to doing so, he served as a policy advisor and director to the secretariat of Control Arms, the global civil society alliance that championed the adoption of the Arms Trade Treaty that for the first time established global regulations for the trade in a wide array of conventional weapons. He is former Deputy Director of the Washington DC-based Arms Control Association and Managing Editor of their publication Arms Control Today. His work has been published in numerous journals and comments cited by major US and global media. Earlier in his career, Jeff was an educator and community builder active in one of the United States’ most economically challenged and culturally diverse neighborhoods and served as a Fellow at the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation. He earned his master's degree in public policy from the Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley, and received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University.

Morgan McKenna

Morgan McKenna began consulting to the Landmine and Cluster Munition Monitor in 2012. He has a background in education and in research, and has worked in educational institutions in Ireland and Italy. He holds a Master’s degree in the History of International Relations from University College Dublin and an International B.A. in History and Classics from National University of Ireland, Maynooth. Morgan also studied Conflict Resolution and Politics in Eberhard Karls Universität, Tübingen, Germany.

Taylor Braun-Dorrell

Taylor Braun-Dorrell began interning with Landmine and Cluster Munition Monitor in May 2015. She has a background in research and project management, and has worked with several local NGOs in Georgia and Jerusalem. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a specialization in Middle Eastern and North African (MENA) studies from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She has also studied Arabic at the American University of Beirut in Lebanon.
