Experts

Landmine and Cluster Munition Monitor is the knowledge leader on the landmines, cluster munitions, and explosive remnants issues in large part due to the strength of its global research network. The research network includes in-country researchers located in every region of the world, a diverse Editorial Team, and a Monitoring and Research Committee composed of leading human rights, advocacy and humanitarian organizations. Together, these experts contribute their knowledge of ban policy, mine action, and victim assistance to Landmine and Cluster Munition Monitor’s vigorous research, editing and publication process.

Monitoring and Research Committee

Content produced by the Landmine and Cluster Munition Monitor initiative is reviewed by a eight-member Monitoring and Research Committee (MRC) composed of:

MRC members review the content produced by the Monitor to ensure that all reporting measures up to Landmine and Cluster Munition Monitor’s high standards. The Monitor Program Manager, under the ICBL-CMC, is responsible for the coordination and management of research, editing, and production of all Landmine and Cluster Munition Monitor research products.

Program Staff

A small staff carries out the daily management of the initiative.

  • Jeff Abramson, Landmine and Cluster Munition Monitor Program Manager (Washington, DC, USA)
  • Morgan McKenna, Landmine and Cluster Munition Monitor Publications Consultant (Italy)
  • Taylor Braun-Dorrell, Landmine and Cluster Munition Monitor intern (USA)
