Support for Mine Action

In 2012, New Zealand contributed NZ$6,625,740 (US$5,370,162) in mine action funding for victim assistance and clearance through the ICRC, UN Mine Action Service (UNMAS), UNDP, and Lao National Unexploded Ordnance Programme, UXO Lao.[1] The largest contribution at NZ$2,500,000 ($2,026,250) went to the ICRC for victim assistance activities (38% of its total contribution).
